12:00-13:00: Nuclear Beyond Energy: How Nuclear Technology Contributes Beyond the Grid
Moderated Conversation
A just and equitable future requires solutions not just for clean energy but also for universal health and food security. In this session we review the contributions nuclear power makes today to medicine, agriculture, and beyond.

13:00-14:00: Belgium and Netherlands Turn Back Towards Nuclear Q&A
Moderated Conversation
Description: Despite getting half of its power and most of its clean power from nuclear, Belgium started a nuclear phaseout last year. But after shutting down two reactors, suddenly the country is reversing course! In the Netherlands, one small nuclear plant struggled for survival. Suddenly, plans are coming together to build more large reactors. Come hear leading young nuclear advocates from both countries explain how we got here and why clean energy and environmental goals helped turn around nuclear sentiment in the Low Countries.
